Halifax is where the first Italian settlers settled, but it was a dead quiet town, a few Italian restaurants but that was about it, needed some sort of tumbleweed to fly though….it's weird how these old towns looks like something out of an old western American film.

We then went To Lucinda which is on the coast with a sugar cane transport running across the water so you can't really look out onto the sea.
But stopped and had lunch here before setting off again.
