After visiting the zoo we headed to Southport which is the beginning of the gold coast.

By the time we got there it was dark, so found a campsite and stayed the night there.

That night was the first time we felt the cold, went and had a hot shower after eating and then just chilled in the camper in my rucksack as the temperature had really dropped.
