So we had to cut short our 7 day trip down to 5.

I organised a pick up and the hire company paid for everything and even refunded three days back, so bonus.

Would have been nice to travel through the other parts but we ended up driving through so go to see Kurana and Mareeba.

We got back to Cairns, dropped off our stuff and got a private three bed room.
Then went over to the office and sorted out the refund!
Spent the next 4 days in Cairns, sorting out things and finding another camper van.
