Have spent four nights in this rest stop... but the strangest thing is the two young families who camped here for the long weekend!
Clearly not travelers heading through, and by the way the dad was swearing at his kids they were local... but atleast the kids got to go camping!

Early morning visit to the craft market to look for a 'bag-bag' but none in site!??!

Its a coldish day perfect for a Sunday drive, so we drove around the Bunderberg Port, Burnett Heads and then stopped off at the Marina for a picnic lunch.

Got reprimanded at McDonalds for using a power point (free wifi but can't plug your laptop in?) lucky we didn't buy anything this visit!

Contemplated going 4wd at Moore Park but the tide was really high so we decided to play safe and headed back to the van for some more reading.

Looking forward to moving on tomorrow....

Highlight today: Mel and I finally made a decision on the name of our pet shop (it's a secret though)....
