Lazed around some then went and had our customary cold shower. I like traveling the coast because there are always showers and the weather seems much nicer. Gorgeous blue sky's and the sand at our door step this morning when we woke. Lazed around reading tourist magazines, then made our way round to another beach for a picnic lunch. Did some extreme kiteboarding in the afternoon.....not really but we did some more reading and lazed about for the afternoon. Highlight today: the warm sunny weather.

Visited the Myotherapist first up in the morning with the usual issues; 'broken'. Have a torn knee and torn arm muscle which will take up to 6 weeks to heal and now im covered in bruises and no one but Mel to give me sympathy :( After being battered we drove north through Brisbane and on to Caloundra.
