Visited the Myotherapist first up in the morning with the usual issues; 'broken'.
Have a torn knee and torn arm muscle which will take up to 6 weeks to heal and now im covered in bruises and no one but Mel to give me sympathy :(

After being battered we drove north through Brisbane and on to Caloundra.

Went for a walk on the beach and discovered a ship wreck from the S.S Dickie that ran ashore during rough seas in 1893. It was very unexpected!

Staying on the beach next to a caravan park (The caravan park is $35 per night and looks terrible).

Saw our first bush turkey....

Highlight today: discovering a shipwreck on the beach.
