Today is Felipe's last day here in Coyhaique. After packing and cleaning up the cabana we walked into town to find some lunch. The only place that appeared open was Cafe Ricer, which is nicknamed the Gringo Zoo (Gringo being a term used for People from the US), because it is a little more pricey and a lot of tourists go there. We had a good lunch of bread, soup, pasta, and a choice of dessert. It had sprinkled on us as we were walking there and started pouring during lunch, so we called a cab to drive us to my hostel which is where the transfer was picking him up at.
We arrived with about a half hour to spare and so we hung out with Mateo and Thomas while we waited. All too soon his transfer arrived and I had to say goodbye. Not much else of consequence happened that day. He arrived safely back in Santiago and too the good weather with him. It rained off and on for the next two days....
