Tonight we went to an aboriginal dinner and experience at a wildlife park.

It was pretty similar format to the maori evening we had done over in new Zealand and we learnt a bit about aboriginal and torres strait islander culture and watched some dancing and singing before being taken to a dining hall for a traditional meal, yum!

Ollie was dragged up on stage to have a bit of a dance off which he did very well in! There is a tradition where you show your appreciation of a persons dancing by chucking power at their feet and I was dragged up to do this bit!

As this was in a wildlife park we also got to feed some kangaroos and hold a koala.

Pretty good evening!
