This was our last day in Adelaide as we will be heading to Sydney in the early hours tomorrow. We finished packing (not much fun at all and ended up getting rid of more stuff to make room for all the shells I've collected!) and went for a last walk and coffee in Brighton, had a nice stroll along the jetty. Today Bob took us up to mount lofty, an amazing viewpoint and reserve. You could see right across Adelaide and the suburbs and coast line. Adelaide city centre is built in a neat square mile and is really something to behold from mount lofty, Bob had brought the binoculars along and we could see out to the airport and Glenelg as well as Brighton jetty! I took lots of pictures of the view and hopefully will be able to stick them all together once we get home. ...

We embarked on a walk along the Coastal trail today (pretty handy as we consumed an obscene amount of Chinese last night) Me, Ollie, Ashleigh and James walked along the coast line and spotted what looked like a seal from the cliff top so headed down to the shore to investigate. It was indeed a seal who appeared to be waving at us, we also saw a crab. Was nice to see some wildlife....until now we've seen the remain of a dead crab as well as a snake cut in half! ...

Today Gary and Diane took us to our second AFL game, this time to watch the other Adelaide team, the Crows. It was raining but armed with ponchos (see pick) we cheered on the crows and watched them beat the GWS (greater western Sydney) giants. I can't help but think Ollie and I have been lucky charms at every sport we've watched in Australia as we haven't supported a losing team yet!
