Have landed in the good old USA and sat waiting for my next flight to Lima...

Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of flying with me would be so proud! It was a 10hr flight but ended up being on the plane for about 12 as we were delayed on the runway due to a nail in the tyre so they had to do a wheel change which has meant that I've missed my connection flight so getting a slightly later one.

Didn't get to choose my seat so ended up in the middle of one of the three rows between to men, in the window seat was James aged 38 who was travelling for business, I know this not because he spoke to me but because I watched him fill out his landing card. The other side of me there was a man who was in his fifties and seemed really annoyed everytime James or I wanted to get out.

Got roast beef and yorkshire puds for tea and a cheese sandwich, watched a couple of films had a few cups of tea, actually went relatively quickly!

When we landed late was put in an express queue (which was extremely slow) and had to go through plenty more queues after that.

Not much to say really, next stop Lima.
