Hello. Yes I am still alive. Sorry for the delay in updating my blog but I have been working real hard the last few weeks and the last thing I feel like doing when I get home is to write more stuff on the computer.

I have just finished working on two final audits and have got some chill out time in the office this week.

That is enough of the boring stuff so what have I been up too.

Well I have managed to get to an aussie rules game before the season finishes. Adriana from work took me to the Carlton versus Collingwood game at the MCG. Adriana is a die hard Carlton game. It was a really good experience not just the game but to visit the MCG. It was a tight game until the last quarter when Collingwood sneaked ahead and ended up winning to Adriana's annoyance. The game lasted about two hours with four quarters of 30 minutes being played. Adriana and I kept warm with some chips!!

I have visited Melbourne Zoo. I have been to many zoos over my twenty seven years but never get tired of going. The Zoo is also conveniently located opposite my apartment in the Royal Park so there were no excuses. I felt like I was at home when I walked through the park as there were sunday morning English football games being played.

I have also been to the Melbourne aquarium. This was a fun experience as I got to see the divers feeding the rays, sharks and turtles. There was also an opportunity at the aquarium to swim with the sharks however I declined as the film Jaws still freaks me out.

I have visited the Fitzroy gardens and went to Cooks Cottage which was nice.

Friday nights have still been a boozy affair as we have had Michael's work leaving drinks and Mark and Nicole CA exam successes to celebrate.

Michael, his fiance and I have also been out in St Kilda to watch the English football games to ensure we all keep up to date with the Premiership. Ha ha ha Man Utd!!! What a hoot!!!

I have had to move out of my apartment for 4 days as it is being redecorated. What fun packing all my stuff up!! I have accumulated so much junk since i have been here - I have no idea how I am going to get it all home!!

Tonight Rochel (a secondee from New York) and I as well as a couple of the partners are going to a charity dinner at the Crown casino which normally costs $1,000 a ticket but we get to go for free as we worked on the client !!!! It is black tie and I have gone out and bought a dress for the occasion. I have got a 21st cocktail party to go to in a couple of weeks so thought I would get a dress for both occasions.

This weekend as the weather is expected to be good I have booked a one day tour to the Great Ocean Road on Saturday and on Sunday I am going to the Yarra Valley for some wine tasting and a ride on the '"Puffing Billy" through the picturesque Dandenongs . Cannot wait!
