39/13. Not much to say. After a week running around like a gazelle... literally jumping around and exerting a lot of energy.... i seem to have come down to Earth and am now contemplative about everything. Motivation has dropped, and I am feeling lethargic, it may be the muggy weather. Students seem to be studying for end of year school tests, which means I have less students in my classes. I have recently got into consuming fruit flavoured vinegar as it has been on offer at Lotte Mart... quite delicious, too, and good for the health!

I've posted a pop video edit of Talent Market Day - see videos - and I don't really need to add anything to it.

No-one is interested in reading my blog anymore, anyway, as I am sure you have got much better or more pressing things to do.

So, whilst in a downbeat mood, I am starting to feel a little homesick again... despite considering Changwon as my home, I realise that I come from a different time and place. I am really looking forward to the excitment that will be Japan... and that is 4 weeks away....

In the meantime, I am trying to negotiate a new contract, although it is currently 50/50 whether I return to this particular hagwon or not. Variable factors involved.

Meanwhile, the Korean Won is struggling against the British Pound. I started out with it being around 1,800 Won to 1 GBP but now it has reached 2,100 Won, which has a bearing on what I am earning... i.e. less than i used to. The trend is not good and would affect what I am prepared to accept next time around.

Hope you haven't forgotten me... even if you think I have forgotten about u.
