As of right now, I feel full but I want to eat. It is dinner time for me so I should go do that soon. Found out that I've been putting hummas on cereal the other night. Kids thought I was crazy! I calmly explained to them that I didn't know the breakfast biscuit meant you were supposed to put it in a bowl with milk and sugar! Still tastes good and it's healthy so I'm going to keep doing it, haha. One of my flat mates is a vegetarian so anytime they cook for everyone, they always make something for us too I keep playing the I'm a poor American college students and they keep saying oh eat our food!
Shout out to Nancy who has finally beaten jet lag! I have not, haha. Well, my sleep/eat schedule is all off. It's ok. I'll get over it eventually.
Now that I've gotten my schedule, I can start planning those oh so important trips around the UK and to France. Here's the breakdown: I have 11 hours of class where the average UK student has 8 but I also have a practicum for my radio class which adds the extra hours. I have 3 classes on Monday that last for 6 hours in total (from 9-4 with a one hours break). Wednesday I have2 classes for 3 hours (from 9-1 with a one hour break). Fridays I have 1 class for 2 hours. Not too shabby. Great thing is, my academic individual tutor told me I can take off Fridays if I want to travel. Can you say 5 day weekend? Thankkkkk you.
Here are my classes: Forms and Practices of Radio, Media Discourse, Media Industry Management, and Advertising and Consumption
On that note, I'm going to go socialize with these crazy kids.
Cheers!
