We've been here in Sydney now for 1 week and we could not of dreamed how smoothly everything has gone. On the first day we got here, after a very early morning flight we went to view a flat. We liked it so much we didn't feel the need to look at any others, so we just took it and in no time we had moved into our new home for 6 months. The flat is about a 15-20 minute walk into the city and is in a lovely area called Potts Point. By the end of the week Lynz had been to an interview at the Mariott Hotel and got a job as a waitress, she starts on Monday. Lee has been around the city handing his CV out to every Tom d*** and Harry, so hopefully he will get a job very soon as well! We have also been to visit Guilherme and Laura, the Brazilian couple we met in Fiji. We went round to there flat for tea as it was Guilherme's birthday. It was nice to see them again and im sure we'll see alot more of them over the next 6 months in Sydney. Today was the 75th anniversary of the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and there was 200,000 people who walked over the bridge to celebrate this. There was loads of entertainment on around, which was pretty good. Happy mothers day to our mums!!
