你好,
Another day of teaching over, and that's me got a 5 day weekend - again! This week is the monthly exams and Senior 1 have those on a Wed, Thu and Fri whilst Senior 2 have them only on a Thu and Fri.
Today was a rather normal day, I taught my 4 classes - 8, 15, 16 and 12 - and then back to the flat. There has been a change in Yihuang recently though. And when I say recently, I mean recently.
The weather has changed. That's right. Lucie and I are now finding ourselves rather cold in the mornings and at night, and there has been quite a lot of raining, meaning we are even cold during the day.
(Now, when I say cold I'm talking between 12C and 18C - and yes, I know that would be positively balmy if I was in the UK right now, but having experienced almost 3 months of weather above 25C, having it drop 10C in a week means we are cold.)
We are wearing layers of clothes, and spending the evenings wrapped up in our blankets in the living room with the heaters on, trying to heat one space in the house. We hope we adjust quickly, as if we can't cope with 12C, I have no idea how we'll cope with -40C when we visit Harbin during Spring Travelling.
Tomorrow, we are off to Nanchang to spend some time with Rachael, and I won't be posting a blog. Instead, I'll be uploading a video of photos and a few seconds of footage from my new video camera (it's a only a few seconds because it was new out of the box and barely had any charge) which I have put together. (This all depends on my wifi and if it uploads).
Until tomorrow,
再见 x
(P.S. I also remembered that today is Remembrance Day, and so carried out my one minute's silence at 7pm (11am UK time). We Will Not Forget.)
