Kari goes to Lincoln, England
I woke up to my phone ringing - it has the most annoying ring, but it is even worse when it wakes you up. Sarah called and wanted to know what I was up to. So I asked what time it was 3:30 she says. WHAT!!! Are you kidding me? I cannot believe that I slept this late. She was going to do the whole nerdy tourist thing and take pictures of steep hill and the cathedral, but I didn't want her to have to wait. So I got ready and just kind of hung out. It was a little while later that we walked over to the atrium with our computers to try and get the internet. No such luck, you need passwords there also. Its so hard not having access. So we just sat there and talked and bought some Dr. Pepper on our way out. Out first time using the vending machines and the bottles are so cute. When we got back I was in Sarah's room for a while and we had some hot chocolate - she had bought this Cadbury mix, it was really good. We just talked about a number of things that we liked and didn't like, things we had done etcetera, I am so glad that I have her to talk to, she is really cool and its great getting to know her as a part of the trip. I couldn't have asked for two better Americans to come with me on this experience. Sarah and Jason are both wonderful people whom I get along really well with.
