When I woke this morning it was raining heavily so I decided to take it easy and do some planning and research on the Internet. I am still in two minds on how long to spend here in Argentina but one thing is certain I have to get a move-on. Myself, Jose and a couple of other friends have a plan to visit the Tierra del Fuego National Park this weekend so I will hang around for that and then hopefully leave on Monday. In the evening I did some yoga and when Jose finished work he showed me the meditation techniques he has been learning at a centre here in town. I am starting to have trouble sleeping again so getting back into meditation is a good idea for me.
