Today we had to get things ready for our hiking and camping trip tomorrow. Jose was working but at 1:30pm we had agreed to meet at the supermarket and buy some food for the trip. In the morning I went for a walk around the harbor and did some sightseeing along with taking a few photos. At 1:30pm I went to meet Jose but unfortunately he did not arrive so I walked down to his work; it turns out the friend we were supposed to go camping with has to work tomorrow so unfortunately the camping trip is off. I am rather disappointed as I was pretty excited to go camping and get out of the city but such is life and as Jose doesn't have to work maybe we can come up with another idea. In the evening I went to meet Martin (the guy I hitchhiked with) to borrow his sleeping bag and have a few drinks. Instead of going to a bar we went out to his parents house with his sister and he invited some friends around. It was good that everyone spoke English and it was nice just hanging out with locals and getting some info about Argentina.
At around 11pm I headed back to Jose's and had planned to go to couchsurfing meeting at a bar in town but feeling knackered I decided to call it a night and get some sleep.
