Day 20
Let's see, nothing real major today besides getting to sleep in which I already mentioned. I rode with the family to the DMV where they figured out everything they had to get together before they got licenses and plates. Went to a place called Round Table Pizza at the nifty mall with the ice rink. The parents had to do more newly moved in errands like setting up services and everything so they dropped us off at the Alaska Zoo. It was kind of small, but had a really interesting selection of animals since they all had to be able to survive the cold winter. There were moose (massive), arctic foxes, snow leopards, lynx, a ginormous polar bear, and two really big grizzly bears among other things. One of the grizzlies slid onto his back in this big concrete pool that didn't have water in it and just chilled there as long as Josh and I watched. He would just scratch himself and watch the world it was really funny. Stopped by the gift-store and cafe they had there bought some cool cards and got Josh to drink his first coffee ever (a vanilla latte). Turned out we were just a mile and a half away from the house and his parents were still occupied so we decided to walk home which took a lot longer than we expected but it was still fun walking through the less city like part of anchorage. Back at the house Josh and I listened to music from my phone on their newly hook up sound system, he played computer games and I worked on my movie, I've been working on the outline whenever I have the chance. I don't really care if it goes anywhere, it is just a fun process to go through. When they got back they decided they were tired of eating out so they ordered domino's, not really sure where that one came from, but we went to go pick up the pizza and grabbed a season of the office from blockbuster so we had a nice entertaining dinner in the furniturized living room. Josh and I are going to climb a mountain tomorrow, that'll be fun!
Breakfast: zzzzzz
