Another visit to Dream World today, this time we bought a 'Q4U' system so that we could pre-book the rides and avoid the queues. Dad, Cam, Mel and I took off to have some adrenaline fun! Went on the Tower of Terror which is our favorite ride, shoots backwards up a steep incline then back down at 164km per hour! Re-visited the Wipe Out which was more scary than yesterday, then Aliens vs Predators. Felt daring, so we even went on The Drop (32 story high plummet...

After breakfast (Mini cereal fun packs) we headed out to Dream World. Gorgeous sunny day and perfect for a day at the theme park. Cam, Mel and I went on the Wipe out, then took dad with us on the Cyclone roller coaster and the log ride. Ate too much candy and fairy floss! Going back again tomorrow to do 'Tower of terror' and go on more water slides..... The kids helped make pizzas for dinner then we headed over to the resort theatre for a screening of Beetho...

Up early for crunchy crumpets with honey and to get the kids organized for the day at White Water World! As they saw the slides their mouths dropped open in awe. First stop 'The Green room', a big green funnel slide with a vertical drop- fantastic!! Most hated slide of the day was: 'The Wegie'. Standing inside an enclosed chamber, the floor opens up like a trap door and a sheer vertical drop down a slide. (think claustrophobia mixed with gut wrenching vertical ...

Up early to use the gym equipment on the esplanade. The streets have been blocked off for the international marathon and choppers flying overhead. Cooked a huge bunch of yummy pancakes for breakfast and then dad, the kids and us headed over to play on the rocks at the beach. After lunch we went to the heated pool down stairs and did more bombies- even dad joined in! Kids had an afternoon sleep from 2 pm till 5.30pm (pretty worn out!). Made huge meaty burgers ...

Up at 7am and sneaked out to beach with the kids. Then we all went down and did bombs into the heated pool. Cooked up a huge tasty breakfast of crackly bacon, poached eggs and buttered toast. Went for a walk on the beach and climbed rocks with the kids then zonked out for a sleep. In the evening we all went to Outback Spectacular which was fantastic! Highlight today: bombs in the pool and outback spectacular!
