Third day in Chile is proving to be a good one. I confirmed with the lovely Carolina that I will move into her place tomorrow. Can´t wait to get out of the hostel. Its nice, but I think I´m over hostels generally... anyhoo went into Tronwell Institute and they offered me a job, starting on Monday, fixed salary and hours. Basically I just have to sit with the students and chat. Total immersion conservation. Awesome. I get to spend my mornings Monday to Friday chatting in English and in the afternoons I am hopefully going to do some volunteer work with the Helena Todd organisation, which will also be awesome. Really, really excited about both...
I had to celebrate my return to the work force after 2 months so I went to a ridicously over priced NZ owned cafe in Los Condes. I had a chicken salad and Chilean fruit smoothie. Still by myself but it was satisfying none the less.
