We went to rescue a crocodile which had wandered too far away from the watering hole. He was about 3 1/2 metres long. A man who works with crocodiles for a living came and tranquilized him using a long pole with the needle on the end. We all gathered around to watch. He assured us that the croc would not run anywhere, but it was still pretty scary to stand around it when it was fully awake. After it was tranquilized the man taped a cloth around his face, then we carried him to a Bucky (vehicle). I got to have my picture sitting on him. We then took it to the most beautiful water hole I've ever seen. It was set with the mountains in the background. The journey to the water hole was very bumpy, very dusty and very thorny, but it was definitely worth it!

A baby serval cat was brought in to the clinic. It was very dehydrated, but hopefully it can get better.
