Wow, last night was massive and after not much sleep the alarm goes off at 8am! Ew! Today we are going to Angkor Wat, the biggest temple in the area.
It's a struggle just getting to breakfast imagine walking for a few hours around a temple in 35deg heat!! So a very hungover Emma heads off for today's tour!

Arnold I'd also like to add, the ditsinction it deserves as most people I know would only compare it to Thai or Cambodian cuisine. There IS a difference and I think you've done a great job at getting the essence of Lao cooking that makes it very unique!
