Sunday
Back to Hobart this morning with a nice smooth ride up the coast but still overcast and not much sun. Scotty cooked up the last of the crays and we had crayfish sandwiches with loads of butter and white bread absolutely bad for you but soooo nice.
Had a feed of abalone and tuna to take with us for our holiday so packed this in ice for our trip
Said goodbye to all our companions and headed towards New Norfolk via Collinsvale a little german village in the hills where we nearly bought a house 38 years ago. We found our bed and breakfast a beautiful house called Tynsdale built in 1838 and we had scoured with a spa which we both were looking forward to a long soak.
That night we had tea in the dining room and met another couple on their 40 year anniversary also and a newly married couple but about our age as well. So we all swapped stories and enjoyed the evening with some lovely tassie wines and a G & T.
Most memorable moment: Have to say the crayfish sandwiches while cruising into constitution dock
