So, the first thing I remember about today is talking to a female doctor as she took my blood pressure at about 2.50p.m. Apparently I was wobbling around in reception and when I walked out the hotel owner tried to speak French to me and eventually twigged something was wrong and got the lovely receptionist who then took me to the doctor immediately across the road from the hotel which is handy. She sent for my test kit and I was 2.6 so I drank a bottle of Lucozade and now I'm fine. I have now left a gluco-gel tube in reception and they now know what to do so that is a net gain really. No real harm done and everyone now up to speed. I ate chops, potatoes, green beans and a fruit yoghurt last night so I don't know why I was low or what I was doing all morning. The owner said he came and knocked my door at 11a.m. as he had not seen me go out and I chatted with him normally but I have no recollection of that at all. Hey ho.
