I really had no idea until now what it feels like to be discriminated against. Its really one of the crappiest feelings ever. To get turned down from a job based soley on what I look like is terrible. K&H retracted their job offer yesterday after having called me and telling me they wanted to offer me the job. Its not because Im underqualified of because a more qualified person got the job instead of me. Its only because I am Asian. Its the strangest feeling to be descriminated by people who look just like you... and it was one of the most disappointing and heartbreaking moments of my life.

I would also like to say that I am currently tutoring three kids and none of their parents have ANY issue with me being Asian-American. If these parents can accept me as an English tutor for their children, why can't others? This is just really a new situation that I find myself in. I think I would be more ok with getting denied a job becuase I was underqualified. But being judged only on my appearance is ridiculous.
