So I partied with DJ Euphonik and then I played with a white lion and then I fell down a pothole and saw through God’s Window and took a game drive and visited Swaziland on the way to St. Lucia and then went to Durban and was nearly eaten by a shark and watched the dolphins and then went down the wild coast and pretended to surf and visited a traditional Xhosa village and then I slept in a community hut and drank some of the wicked local beer before we went to the Addo Elephant Park to check out the ellies and then off to Tsitsikamma to spot the whales and throw myself off a bridge before I went canoeing and then we went to Knysna and became breathless at the amazing scenery and went over the rope bridge at the Storms River month and then we went through the Klein Karoo and got lost in the caves and counted ostriches and then left for Cape Town and experienced the township culture and then helped a community project and then drank and ate too much and didn’t sleep enough and met a whole bunch of great people and I had the best time of my life with my friends and all I got was an experience of a lifetime where I learnt not only a lot about myself but about the incredible country we live in, its history, people and cultures which all work together in prefect harmony. All thanks to STA Travel, Gap Adventures and SA Tourism’s Sho’t Left Campaign.
Thank-you for an experience I will remember forever and for the opportunity to see our wonderful country in a different light.
