Hey!

So, pretty busy week. I can't remember exactly where I left you but I think it was before I went camping. We took ABC camp (younger campers) to Greenbrier, a great state park with a lake. They spent the whole day in the lake, playing games! Not exactly hard work. We cooked dinner and camped overnight without any problems at all. Except they wake at 6am. We spent the whole of the next morning in the lake too!

On Friday I went tubing, which was fun, although not what I expected! We each had a tube and went down antietam creek in them, no boat involved. It was good, except the water was quite low and at one point we were drifting so slowly I accidentally fell asleep and woke up in a tree in a different part of the river!

Yesterday was time off and I WENT TO WASHINGTON DC!! It was great. We saw the white house and the capitol building, the washington monument, the lincoln memorial, we went to the smithsonian institute.. I loved it. I felt really overwhelmed by the history of it all.
