Early rise for us and we went for breakfast....not good let me tell you. I did have a good sleep so that was a good way to start the day.Paul and the boys were sick from burgers they ate at super burger....thankfully I didn't have a burger. We got on the hop on and off sightseeing bus and started to make our way around the city. It is a lovely place to your around. We got off at union square to do some shopping, a little less expensive than rodeo drive. We went to Macy's and got a few things and had some lunch,I had the make your own salad bar and it was the best thing I have eaten here. Once we had done that we jumped back on the bus and toured around abut more. We went through tenderloin. That was a shock and a half as it is the no go zone for tourists due to high volume of homeless and drug addicts. It was a shock seeing so many people lining up to get into the shelters, there was no way I was getting off the bus to explore. We were going to check out the hippy district but there were a lot of people yelling at our tour bus so we stayed on. We were asked for money today but when I said we didn't have any we were not hassled. Very sad to actually see people eating out of bins. We ended the day by walking over golden gate bridge. The fog was so bad and it was so windy but we were pretty proud of ourselves to do the walk in good time. It had a great view in between the fog sheets and didn't take as long as we thought. A diner down the road fed us for tea and back to hotel for an early start to a big day tomorrow.
