Started the day a little later as we were so tired. Went down to the restaurant to have breakfast which was the nicest one we have had since being here. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and hash and freshly squeezed juice. We then checked out and headed to seaworld which was nice and quiet I think because it was overcast and a Thursday. I have been wanting to see the killer whales for ages and they did not disappoint. We sat in the soak section and were drenched after watching the show. Mitch of course loved the penguins and it was a lot better than the other penguin exhibits we had seen. Seaworld is definitely a great place to visit and we all really enjoyed it. Once we left there we headed back to LA as I wanted to go back to Hollywood to see the most important thing, Patrick Swayze's star on the walk of fame. Getting back into Hollywood in peak hour traffic was far from fun so it was slightly tense in the car. Once in hollywood we battled the paddlers and people in the heat to find the star, I was extremely happy. After many photos we decided to check into the Hilton near lax to re pack and have an early night. Trying to navigate without a gps was a nightmare and Paul was doing a lot of muttering under his breath. We made it and checked in easily. The hotel was really nice and a bargain for the price. We went downstairs to the 24 hr cafe for tea and got wood fired pizza and drinks. Pizza was not good, who knows what part of the animal the meat came from. The kids went and got us ice creams from the vending machine which were yumm and I re packed and we headed to bed. We are well past exhaustion now and everyone is starting to turn on each other.....so much fun
