Thurs.8th Oct.Port Arthur.As usual we set out in the rain and decided to go straight down to Port Arthur. Weds.7th Oct.When we switched the morning show on the TV today they were proudly showing viewer's photos of snow in Hobart and surrounding areas it seems it is one of the coldest springs anyone can remember.The drive to Richmond was atrocious with sweeping rain and we dreaded getting out of the car but it actually cleared and was dry for us but cold.We don't mind the cold after all we are English/Australians but the rain is more difficult when you are on the move...
