On route to Udaipur we stopped at a Jain temple. Heather was initially refused entry for showing too much leg and had to borrow some fetching blue hospital issue trousers. Jodhpur is renowned for its building's beautiful blue colour all of which is best seen from the top of the Fort. It is also named after the trousers popular with show jumpers according to Heather (she may have misread the guide book). Another 6 hour journey to Jaislamer across plat desert land every so often encountering a herd of cows casually stolling down the highway. Jaisalmer is a larger town than the previous ones we've visited so we went for a stroll through the streets and markets.
