And now for your cycling themed episode of MYTH BUSTERS!!
There are two myths I have officially busted during this tour:
Myth #1) Tailwinds.
Tailwinds simple don't exist. This is an unexplainable phenomenon. First and foremost there are headwinds. Then you get the occasional side wind which is not partial to one side over the other. And, finally, at times there may actually be no wind. But a tailwind? Pure myth; folklore if you will. It is something that someone dreamed up and made its way into stories, fairytales and legends. I call it a cynical joke. I no longer entertain the idea when someone tries to tell me I'm going to have a tailwind on my ride; I simply inform them that the fictional idea is a mere false hope for cyclist and that they should stop spreading rumors.
Myth #2) Cellulite decreases with exercise.
False. This myth is probably the fault of infomercials trying to sell you work out equipment such as the thigh master. If they tell you their machine will decrease "unsightly cellulite" - they're lying. After all these kilometers my thighs are toned, strong and .. STILL HAVE CELLULITE. So don't buy that exercise equipment if the selling feature is thigh sculpting. Sorry hunnie, but according to my scientific experimentation, you've got those dents for life.

JBro I have to disagree. You surely havn't forgotten the tailwinds that eminate from some of our beloved family members after a good feed of baked beans! Lol. Hmm maybe that could help you on you journeys. Just make sure any cute guys you find on your travels are in front. ( im sure you planned that for other reason though ;)). Be safe, have fun. Love u XOXO!
Z He he he. :)
