As we arrived in cairns bus station at 6:30am people gathered their things and trotted off the bus. I was initially still trapped by the reclining seat previously mentioned. When the girl who has essentially slept on my lap all night commented that she was "soo tired" I just about resisted the urge to slap her.

Here we are in cairns at the charming dreamtime travellers rest, showered, and ready to explore!

After a wonder and some research of what we plan to do here we retreated to the hostel to spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

I am currently relaxing in a hammock in the sun reading my hong kong guide book. Much happier than earlier this morning!
