Arrived in Wellington quite late wednesday afternoon, lots of rain!

Ollie and I luckily got the last two beds in the hostel......Shame one was on the 3rd floor and the other on the 7th!

Went for a nandos, it doesn't taste anything like it does in England, serves us right for going really!

Went to the Wellington museum on Thursday, I could have literally spent days in there, it was free too. The stuff about the treaty between the British and native new zealanders was fascinating and loads of good natural history stuff about earthquakes and volcanos too, we spent most the day in the museum and had a wonder around in the afternoon.

Went and got an early bird special dinner and went to a bar to watch so w live music.

Really enjoyed Wellington, looking forward to stopping there again on the way back up.
