Arrived in Taupo this afternoon, weather beautiful and went to go and check out the thermal springs....

Seriously hot flow of water going into the main river, you had to be careful where you positioned yourself! Had a good swim in the river to and posed underwater (see pic)

Had some "hokey pokey" flac our ice cream......definatley having some of that again.

Went for a few drinks in the bar and did the quiz with some of the people from our bus . . .Ollie got on the dancefloor.

Leaving at 5:30am to do the Tongariro Crossing (19km hike through Lord of the rings locations and stuff)
