On entering queenstown we were told by the driver..."if you don't have fun in queenstown you need to take a long hard look in the mirror and question your existence" . . . . He was right this place is the most fun ever! We had four nights here in a place that won new zealands best hostel a couple of years running, it was pretty good, free dinner, sauna, nice rooms, we were lucky that we shared a dorm with quite a few people from our bus, out of 8 people in the dorm....4 of us were from Hampshire!

We played frisbee golf....Ollie and I weren't particularly good at it but it wad fun all the same!

Had a ferg burger....everyone I know who has visited nz raves on about these....and now I know why! They are soooo good! This little burger shop literally always has about 100 people in it all day, even at 3am.

Had a free BBQ one night in one of the pubs, had some good nights out! Everyone stays on in queenstown for at least a few nights so we saw literally everyone we had ever met on the bus. One of the bars sold pints by the litre (see pic) great value for money and you got a free workout lifting it. Ollie went on a bucking bronco machine and lasted just ling enough for me to take a picture! a brilliant few days....and weather wasn't too bad either!

Making our way north now to fly to Australia from Auckland on Saturday morning.
