Soo Ecuador....
I must mention that it´s only 50-70 CENTS for ICE CREAM! It´s great. But it´s times like these when I go to buy my 50 cent ice cream that I wish Jacquie was here to eat it with me like we did pretty much every Tuesday and Thursday last semester.
Also let´s talk about Humita. So here in Ecuador there is this stuff called Humita. Omg its so good. and guess what it is... CORNBREAD haha. Ok so this isnt corn bread that you make from scratch with sugar and flour and stuff... its like Breadish corn stuff wrapped in the Corn leaf thing... omg sooo WEIRD. I can´t even really explain it. I took a picture of it though hahah so Ill post it eventually. Maybe I´ll eat some now... haha
