So today I woke early had an omelette in my hotel, grabbed a pushbike from my hosts and rode everywhere! Kuta beach first where I indulged in a massage, pedicure and manicure; sublime! Watched the world go by then went to my hosts house and had an awesome traditional meal with Suri and Murdhi. Ate a snake fruit for the first time which I loved and had the best coffee I have ever had-seriously! Gave their daughter an English lesson of sorts and heard all about my Nan from their point of view. Feel like she's here with me. Went back to my hotel and swam in the pool as I was exhausted, then went and bought dinner from a street vendor for $1 which again was sublime. I just can't wipe the smile from my face! Then phonecall for me in the hotel which was to inform me that a competition that I entered on the beach has won me 7 night at the Peninsula resort for 2 adults and 2 kids all nclusive NO s***! Sounds too good to be true but no we checked it out and man the place is awesome so I'm booked to stay there from sunday onwards! Tomorrow I get on a boat to go to Lombok to stay in a beautiful villa with my friend Nic and her Missus who are here at the same time! Soooooo excited I hope I can sleep! love to you all as this place ROCKS!
