Well hello!!! So I am now on baby number 13!! 13 is definately unlucky for some!! It was about 5.30 am in the morning- another early start- but hey we don't mind- thats the beauty of births- very unpredictable!! Anyway so we trundle of to the labour ward- and there is a lady about 5 mins away from giving birth- she has the normal episiotomy- and then she is good to go!! Anyway as this was taking place- I began to feel a tad odd- a sick and very very hot- and then suddenly I could't see anything- so I turned to Flicky and told her this- and then I collapsed and woke up on the floor- very exciting!! Later Flicky told me that she thought I had been possessed by the devil as my pupils had covered up every portion of colour- how exciting- and I am sure the lady in labour really apreciated me-lol!! In other news- there isnt too much to report- everything is really cool out here- 2 months until I leave my placement- will be a very sad day- love all the nurses here Mundula,Kumari,Elfonce,-all fab - but they always have the giggles- so not good for me- as they crack me up everytime!!- my doctor is fab too-couldnt have wished for more!
