Hello again everyone. I know it's been a long time since I've written but things have been a little crazy lately. I've been at the hospital with Manuel for the last 2 days. He contracted some sort of virus from the food here. The doctors initially suspected malaria but have ruled that out and said that it's something gastrointestinal. He's been hooked up to an IV since we checked in yesterday afternoon. We will be staying tonight as well and if all goes as expected we will leave tomorrow. We aren't sure what we are doing from this point forward. We had planned on staying in Thailand until the 18 and then going to Taiwan for surfing until March 4, then flying home. To be honest I just want Manuel to get better and I want to come home. I miss Maya, I miss talking to everyone, and I miss my bed. The sanitary conditions have taken their toll on me too. I haven't been feeling the greatest either but I'm trying to hang in there for Manuel. It breaks my heart to see him so sick. I guess when he gets better we'll decide whether or not we will stay in Thailand. It's really a nice place but my spirits are low right now. Hey Jed thanks for writing. I'll let Manuel know. I'm sure he'll be stoked. Kari, the products I was talking about are lip balms, scrubs, massage oils, soaps, etc. I can just get them very cheap here and I can get them labeled as I wish meaning I can create a name for the products and sell them in the U.S. I'm not sure if I'm going to do it. It may be more of a headache than it's worth. I just feel that as much traffic as my website is getting I'd be a fool not to sell things on there. Let me know. I miss you guys and I really can't wait to come home and start surfing again.
