Nothing wrong with baring your soul every once in a while. I hope you are having a great time. It sounds like you are learning a lot. Be careful and keep smiling. All is well in Charleston, WV. Talk to you soon. :)

Hi Hon, It was good to hear from you and know that you are enjoying the last of your stay. I went down to Jill's last week and we went to TGIFriday's. We had a really good time. She is doing better. Her burns are healing and her hair is growing back in. She looks good and doesn't have to wear a wig now. Everyone here is doing good. Cordel is recovering from pneumonia. I think your ten year class reunion is going to be this summer. You may want to plan a home visit at that time. I have been chosen to have my picture taken to be on a brochure. It will be distributed throughout the state to provide information about allowing people (like me) to hire their own workers. Grandmom's itch is finally leaving. It has just about drove her crazy. You will probably be able to tell whenever you see her. The weather has been milder here and I am really glad. I believe spring is on its way. Enjoy the rest of your stay. Be careful. I love you bunches, Mom

I hope all is well in Thailand. I am back from my trip. Which I had a great time. It seems you are on your own now. Please be careful. Take care of yourself and enjoy your time there. :)

I've finally checked in again with your journals and am so glad to read that you are loving Thailand. I pine for it endlessly. I know you will love your massage classes there, especially since you get to spend more time in Chiang Mai. I loved everything about that city. My only bit of advice to you at this point is to buy as much as you can fly back with from the night market. I wish I had come back with more. I look forward to talking with you when you get back! Safe and happy travels.......

Hi baby,
I know you check this a lot more regularly than I do. Hopefully you check it soon. Okay, I just got home and am unfortunetly having to readjust back to life in the OC. Yuk. Baby I miss you something fierce! Having just spent 7 weeks with you on the road under very crowded conditions, you'd think I'd had enough. Nope. I miss you. I just read over an old journal entry you made from NZ. We had just almost missed our ferry and had been chased by the RV guy. Smile. Good times. I wish I were with you now. I got back to taking care of business today. A sobering reality I assure you. Hopefully it doesn't last very long. I can't wait till your birthday! Drop me a line beautifull. Love ya. manuel

Sorry to hear about being sick...sounds though like you are doing much better! Drink some peppermint tea. Melanie, I think you should sell things...but won't you have to reorder items from Thailand? I would think that might cost a lot, but maybe not b/c it sounds like things are cheap there. Do it and see how it goes. Wow, I can't believe it is almost March...the traveling is comng to a close. Take Care, looking forward to speaking soon! Be safe, Kari

Hi Hon, I didn't see you on here today. I hope you are doing well. Grandmom and Granddad went down to Jill's Thursday. She isn't doing very well. She has finished her raditation. It burned her pretty bad and she is in a good bit of pain. Her computer still isn't working. I hope you two are both healthy and enjoying your trip. As for the Thai massage classes, will you be happy if you don't take them now? You may regret it later and the cost to go back again may not be worth it. I am not encouraging you to take them but just look at both sides. I would rather you go ahead and come on home now where I feel you are safer. I especially don't like the idea of you staying there by yourself. Thats my two cents worth. Take care. Love you bunches, Mom

Hey Bud,
Matt told me about your situation.
Very sorry to hear you were suffering in Thailand. I hate hospitals here. It's got to be at least as bad over there.
Rest up and feel better.
I might be pissed at you, but there's no need to suffer so much. ;-)

I hope all is well. I just wanted to write before I leave Monday for my trip. I hope you two are feeling better. It is not fun being sick. Take care of each other and I am taking my laptop to Greece with me so I will be checking my e-mail and trying to e-mail family and freinds as well. :)
Mom
Hi Hon, So good to hear from you. I've been worried sick ever since I talked to you a couple of days ago. I looked up malaria online and that didn't make me feel any better. I say go ahead and come home now! You know more about the situation there than your worried mother. A hospital is never a fun place to be and can be even more frightening when you know nothing about it or the doctors. I hope Manuel gets out soon and is feeling better. Keep us posted. I had a phone conference today and will have another one tomorrow. I found a worker and sent her to the company to complete her training. They were suppose to let me know when that was done and she would be able to start to work. That didn't happen and she came today (unbeknownest to Grandmom and I) and didn't get to stay. She should be here tomorrow and hopefully it will work out. The weather has changed from spring to winter again. Take care and stay well. Love you bunches, Mom

I am sorry to hear that Manuel is under the weather. Just keep the spirits high despite that you do not feel well either. I know about the food thing believe me. Eating bad food for some reason is my specialty. I have had food poisoning twice. Sotiere thinks I am cursed. But, I know he is just kidding. Take care of yourself and Manuel. I will be thinking of you two. :)
