Hi Hon, It was so good to hear from you and I love being able to communicate and follow your travels like this. It sounds like you are having quite an adventure. I'm back to square one with no workers and none in sight. The past couple of days the weather has been like spring. Grandmom's rash was not shingles after all. Three doctors could not figure out what it was and finally came to the conclusion that it was flea bites. My animals do not have fleas, not even Leon (our new cat). I guess if it is fleas they do not like me because I hold all of the animals and have no rash! They gave Grandmom medicine and her itch is doing better!! How is your itch? HA! We have not talked to Jill but I will give her the website when I do-I believe also that her computer is fixed. Stay safe and have fun! Love you bunches, Mom

Hi Melanie, It's great that you are able to send info about your trip, I also miss you. We came back last Tuesday from Acapulco, he had a very good time, and especially swimming in the ocean was great since the water temperature was about 80 degrees. I did a lot of bodysurfing; we had great waves to do that.
I got some massages right there at the beach, just few feet were the waves brake, so I have natural background but the massages were nothing to compare with yours. Regards.
by the way on the Website it saids at the top "The adventures of Manny and Melly" I think you need to change the names.

Hi Hon, It sounds like you are having a wonderful time and good luck too (with rides). Grandmom says you better be careful with your sledding and canyon stuff, whatever that is. It sounds very dangerous to Grandmom! The pictures look as if it is wet there but beautiful. What is the temperature? Here it is in the 30's with snow on the ground. My workers are not showing up so Grandmom is not going to the beach. Granddad says he is anyway. I am going to run another ad in the paper. Take care of yourself and stay safe. Love you bunches, Mom

I just wanted to let you know how cold it is here. About 25 here in the wintry weather of Canaan Valley. I am going to have a cup of coffee and then maybe resume skiing I do not know yet. I cannot feel my feet or my face so maybe I will wait a while before heading back out. I hope everything is going well. If you need anything I have my laptop with me and it has wireless internet access 24 hours a day. Take care. :)

It looks as though you and Manuel are making friends very quickly which is good. Hi Hon, It was nice to hear your voice last night. I was relieved to know that you made it safely. There was a horrible mining accident (an explosion) Monday morning in Upshur County. I think it was the mine where your dad used to work. Thirteen men were trapped and we learned yesterday evening that one was found dead. Last night on the news they said the other 12 had been found alive and rescue attempts were under way. The public was misinformed and at 3:00 this morning it was told 11 men were dead and only one had survived. He is in critical condition and is suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. How tragic for the families! Governor Manchin was there and the national news has covered this. President Bush also addressed the state. Just thought I would keep you informed of what is happening here-even bad news. On a brighter note Grandmom and Granddad are planning on going to the beach-leaving Monday until the 21st. Grandmom has an awful rash on her side and it itches her to death. She thinks it might be shingles. I am doing fine. My workers are very unreliable!
