Hey everyone!
Sorry I havent updated in a while! Its been a busy week at school! For those of you who dont know, my college here is called Pablo de Olavide. Its a school for internationals as well as locals trying to learn english. It is pretty similar to an American University, much smaller than ASU. Its about 100 degrees here and their air conditioners are broke at school so thats always fun. Its nice getting to know kids in other study abroad programs in our classes! The classes I am taking are Spanish conversation, History of Spain, History of Spanish art, and Spanish civilization and culture. I like all of my classes so far, but they are a lot more work then i thought they would be. Also, we were told that we didnt have to buy our books, but surprise! We do. I have to take the metro every day to school, but that is working out pretty well. I got a month pass and its very convenient to travel the city! Tomorrow morning we are going to Cadiz which is a city on the south coast of Spain. It is known for its beach and its pretty town. I am still trying to get pictures, however this site is giving me a hard time for their size. For those of you who have facebook I have them on there! And there are plenty more to come! Thanks for reading :)
High part of the day: knowing we are going out tonight!
Low point of the day: Today is one of my first low days, i'm really missing home!
Something new I learned (besides Spanish): You have to pay 5 cents per bag here if you want your groceries in a bag.
What object I miss the most: Printer!
