Right, this'll just be a quick one as i need to find somewhere to sleep before it gets too dark.
Sleeping 'wild' is getting much easier and today I managed to stay nicely asleep in the shade of an ancient oak tree until nearly 9.
Emily and Toms wedding perfect! Glorious sunshine, beautiful setting and great people. Good times.
I didn't set off until about midday. I had the aim of seeing the sea and sleeping on a beach tonight so I had some miles to cover. Did 47 which I was quite happy about considering the late start.
Spent most of the day following cycle route 33 which was a really nice mix of traffic free paths, country lanes and small roads. Driving down the motorway to Cornwall, I never appreciated the good stuff that I have missing: the weather definitely helped!
Tomorrow the plan is to follow the coast down past exmouth, dawlish, to teignmouth before cutting inland across dartmoor. It would be ace if I could reach plymouth tomorrow as a bed and shower await me at a friends. Might be too far though!
Seaton is quite full of tourists do finding a sneaky, quiet spot may be challenging.
Fingers crossed.
