Mila Cancer is a b**ch! What an excellent reason to do what an amazing thing you have just done... I'm so proud of you. Mila Mike, I'm so impressed with your progress. Don't let them hills daunt you... I'm sure your lungs can do with a bit of popping anyway!! What beautiful scenery, lucky you! ...I've got to get out of Bristol. Big food, yummy... I've got to start reading your blogs in the night when I'm not fasting!
