Had the best nights sleep so far! Found a nice spot beside the mouth of the river axe at the end of seaton beach. There was nowhere to attach my tarp so it was the first night properly under the stars. I figured out a way of using my bivvy bag to cover my head and only woke briefly to put on a hat at about 2am. Right, this'll just be a quick one as i need to find somewhere to sleep before it gets too dark. Sleeping 'wild' is getting much easier and today I managed to stay nicely asleep in the shade of an ancient oak tree until nearly 9. Emily and Toms wedding perfect! Glorious sunshine, beautiful setting and great people. Good times. I didn't set off until about midday.
