Iceland Airwaves music festival started on Wednesday (14th) and it ended on Sunday. Concerts were held in different bars and clubs around the Reykjavik. 22 liters of our home made wine was ready just before festival and the wine was a great party booster. There were lots of Icelandic bands and also many bands from other countries. Most of the bands didn´t say anything to me and I mainly just followed my friends who knew some bands. On Wednesday I got quite smashed and I had a tattoo time on Thursday morning at 11. It was the most longest and painful three hours in my life.

I took it very easy on Thursday and I was sober. We went to see some bands and it was different but really funny night. On Friday morning we went to wait for tickets to the concert of Kings of Convenience. The gig was held in a nice church and there were only 500 tickets to that concert. That concert was one of the best concerts in festival and the music and atmosphere were just perfect to the church. Friday and Saturday nights were the normal festival nights and we finished our kiwi wine. Loads of funny things happened during the festival and on Sunday I felt very tired. We went to watch two bands on Sunday evening and it was good that the festival was finally over. We were talking about to have a reunion next year in Airwaves. It would be so nice!!!
