Road trip - day 30 - Sunday First thing, caught up with the blog from yesterday - the day had been so busy I hadn't recorded anything! Road trip - day 29 - Saturday Had a good nights sleep, breakfast in the sun on the patio including pain au chocolate & croissant from the bakery opposite. Road trip - day 28 - Friday Sadly left behind Wendy, Nigel, Moses et al. Somehow the car is getting easier to pack - but I actually think more stuff is going on the back seat! Blazing sunshine, even early on on the day. Had breakfast outside using the remnants of what we had on the fridge. Left Wendy planting flowers! Road trip - day 27 - Thursday Hot, sunny & windy. Temp must have been 20c +, still 17c at 8pm. Skyped Kaz & Tyler first thing Spent the day reading & sunbathing & catching up on emails etc. Went out am to look for the big white bird of prey that G thinks is a male hen harrier. Couldn't see it! Road trip - day 26 - Wednesday Up very late, even for us! Breakfast with regular visits from Moses. Decided to go somewhere for a few hours then back to the Gite for afternoon sun, clothes washing & hopefully skyping. Settled on Rochemenier on the way to Angers & the troglodyte village/farm.
