Balance!! Today was a strange day - I started to doubt a lot of things and had an overriding feeling of resentment I couldn't seem to shake. Meditation was almost impossible to find a hint of silence but I staggered through and with compassion allowed whatever was to be. Yoga didn't get any better and the thoughts came at me every which way but once again with love I let it be. Today's lecture was about tantra and sexual energies which although interesting wasn't my favorite subject. I decided to go to the Cacao ceremony with Mimi straight after class and glad I did as it gave me a good chance to meditate on my thoughts with the help of some cacao. The group at cacao today was huge and there was lots of energy: both positive and negative and I allowed myself not to get caught up in it too much and work with my own thoughts. I left feeling great - had some dinner and then went bag to help then bag cacao for a few hours in return for the ceremony. I worked with absolute precision time and realized when my mind is on task how efficient and enthusiastic I can be. So what started as a rocky start to the day turned into a wonderful end! When i got bag to the house i got a beautiful hug and some herbs from the lovely Jade to help me sleep :)

OBSERVATIONS:
- doubts
